The Kerry Amateur Radio Group is based in Tralee/Killarney, County Kerry, in the south west of Ireland. We have a small but growing membership with interests in a wide range of amateur radio activities including:
The club hosts regular field days, being well attended and very popular with members. These field days are as much about the social occassion as the operating, with room for all interests in the hobby. Anyone interested in amateur or shortwave radio is very welcome to come along to the monthly club meetings, or contact any menber of the KARG for information or assistance on becoming licensed, or even just for a friendly chat. Our door is open to all. |
